Do I have to be home to receive the delivery?
No. As long as there is a warm, dry location to leave the material you don’t need to be home. Moving Resource Center will leave your order on covered porches in most types of weather or in garage that is accessible with a guest entry code.

Exactly how much packing material do I need?
Estimating your needs is not an exact science, so we will give you a 100% refund on any unused materials.

Do you sell "carton packages" based on the size of my home?
Yes. Moving Resource Center currently offers several packages.

Is there a minimum for delivery?
Yes. There is a $75.00 minimum order for delivery. This is for the intial order only..

Where are your offices located?
We don't maintain a retail storefront and make you come to us. That wouldn't be very good service and I would have to charge more.

Do you dispose of the "other" boxes we used?
No. Contact your local refuse company to find out their requirements for handling these materials.

Is it true you don't actually own a trash dumpster?
Yes. Everything we handle is either reused or recycled. We reserve the right to refuse pickup of trash, diapers, coffee grounds, broken glass, or any other foreign material.
